Tris firstly started off his interest in music on piano at the age of around 8 years, picking songs up off the radio and tv and learning them by ear. He soon realised that this was progressing into more than a hobby and was selected to play in schools and churches around his local area of Bolton. At the young age of 13, an opportunity arose for him to join a leading Queen Tribute acts road crew, and this paved the way for him to gain a vast amount of knowledge of PA systems, lighting rigs and also an insight into what my future career, as an entertainer, would be like.

After leaving School, Tris went to college and then university to further cement his career in Music and entertainment, achieving an Honours degree in Music Technology. While studying for three years, he formed a small trio which toured the local circuit of South Yorkshire. After finishing university, a dream position landed on his lap, working for one of the biggest leisure companies in the UK, Luminar Leisure, who own and run venues such as Chicago Rock, Jumpin Jaks and other smaller night clubs like Life Bar and Night club. He Auditioned in Manchester and became a Duelling Piano player for Jumpin’ Jaks. He toured the northern circuit for more than 3 years, covering areas in between Aberdeen and all the way down to Coventry.

Tris then decided to move on to bigger and better things, he auditioned for Piano work and Vocal entertainment in Norway. He still works in Scandinavia on Cruise boats, in hotels, such as SAS Radisson and the Quality hotel group, and in regular Norwegian bars too. When he is not in Scandinavia, you will find him out and about, singing, playing piano and also providing the whole nights music and entertainment in places such as Reebok stadium, Tower fm radio events, open air firework displays, JJB stadium in Wigan, Bolton Arena, Chicago Rock, Brannigans and many other top quality venues.
