Pembroke is a lively, energetic artist playing 50s, 60s & 70s covers & originals inspired by classic blues, rock, and singer-songwriters.
His show is a blend of fierce rock and blues, classic pop, and thoughtful lyrical singer-songwriter/folk songs all delivered with a confident, engaging stage presence. His set features advanced guitar work, harmonica playing, singing in a 4-octave voice and a loop pedal, allowing him to play guitar solos and harmonies.
Pembroke currently play festivals, pubs, clubs and private events (including parties and weddings) full time. He has a full set-up of professional equipment, notably a high-quality 500W PA system. He can play background music/DJ for an additional fee.
He has 4 hours of material, and a versatile set list. He's happy to learn songs as requests if you ask in advance, but please be aware this incurs an additional fee as learning songs to performance standard can take some time.
Pembroke got his start as a BBC Introducing artist making his own original music, which inspired him to give up his desk job and play full time. He has released an album, 'Chimera', and two EPs, 'Gravity' and 'Blue Water', all available on Spotify and iTunes, and is currently working on his next release.
I’ve been chosen as a BBC Introducing Artist of the Month for my original music. You won’t know it (yet) but there’s plenty to listen to on my YouTube channel.
