Paul is a Professional Close Up Magician based in the North West of England, near Manchester, but will travel throughout the UK to perform, Indeed, further if required.

He started learning magic in the 1970's when he was just 6 years old. He has performed to many audiences, at weddings, corporate events and trade shows. A number of his shows have been to the Financial Services Industry, from large groups of Financial Advisers, to a select group of the Top Brass of the Mortgage Industry.

He has performed at many prestigious and unique locations, including Gleneagles in Scotland, the Celtic Manor in Wales, the International Convention Centre in Birmingham and The National History Museum in London, but has done magic at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai, the world famous James Bond Casino in Monte Carlo and the Four Seasons Hotel in Prague as well as performances in Spain and the Balearic Islands. With over over 20 years experience entertaining clients including small groups at trade shows, weddings and corporate dinners, as well as intermediate Parlour shows to 30 or 40 people, up to stage magic to 100+ people. In fact his largest ever audience was 1,700 Financial Advisers at the International Convention Centre, where he performed magic related to their industry.

Paul will always tried to make his magic unique by bringing an element of the event subject to the show. For example, he can make the signatures of a bride and groom magically come together at weddings, or have a business customers name revealed in a trade show environment. He has even themed performances to a particular industry at corporate events, such as black tie dinners. He always tries to create new effects to ensure that you experience something different when he’s invited for a return booking. One thing that is very important to him, is to ensure that your exact needs are fulfilled. His dry sense of humour, coupled with stunningly visual effects, make your event ever more memorable. Not just for you, but for your guests too.
